Mindfulness course for parents
Come and join me for a powerful 8-week mindfulness course that can significantly improve the quality of your life!
These sessions are taught in small groups in a cosy space (my humble living room) so allow for plenty of individual attention, intimacy and flexibility. The course I teach is the standard 8-week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) training. This particular course is tailored to parents (including expecting parents). I feel passionate about supporting families as they have “a little bit” of extra responsibilities to juggle with so some self-care is really crucial to support harmony at home.
This 8 week program combines meditation techniques and Western psychology to promote greater balance, emotional resilience & well-being. Learn practices and down-to-earth tools to increase your self-awareness, ability to stay present and navigate stress & difficulties more consciously.

Price: €400 per person (group minimum 4, max 6 people)
+ You are welcome to join an all day of practice with me at the Center of Mindfulness (+€40)
Check with your health insurance for coverage (I am a VMBN trainer category 1 which is highest status recognised by insurers). Note that employers can also cover some or all of these costs. Reduced rates may be agreed in special cases (i.e no coverage, low income).
