Meditation evenings are a wonderful way to refresh, expand and deepen your mindfulness practice. These evenings are also a great opportunity to practice in a group and connect in authenticity with others.

Note : I will facilitate the sessions on the above dates. The Centre of Mindfulness also offers English meditation evenings every Tuesday (and Dutch every Friday evenings) hosted by a variety of experienced trainers.

Note : These evenings are intended for people who have experience with mindfulness. As we sometimes do longer practices with less guidance, this is not the best setting to discover mindfulness.
